  22. Microsoft does not release bug fixes the way for Windows the way that
  23. they do for NT.  The comment from one of their employees is that it is
  24. too dangerous to fix bugs in Windows.

  26. Service Packs are only meant to add new features and fix items which (1)
  27. cause data loss; and (b) hit the front page of PC Week.

  29. Microsoft was made aware of this and other bugs months before the public
  30. release.  They were advised of these bugs both by us and by JP Software
  31. (the makers of 4DOS.)

  36. It only affects Win32 console applications.  DOS apps use a different
